Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus a $10 restocking fee on parts. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Slide & Frame work are not subject to returns or refunds as they are permanent modifications that will not be able to be reversed. You may contact Continuous Precision, LLC with any issues and we will work with you to the best of our ability to remedy the problem if there was an error made by us. If the error was made by the customer when placing the order Continuous Precision, LLC does not take responsibility for said error(s). Work orders are not subject to change once the part(s) have gone into production. Any changes to the slide or frame work order may not be possible once the parts have been received as they go directly into production.

Warranty

Purchaser agrees to release Continuous Precision, LLC from liability for the customizations being performed. This includes the following:

  • Customer electing to not have their slide(s) refinished  
  • Customer electing to have their slide(s) refinished.
  • Slide modifications outside the scope of our options
  • Further modifications performed by customer (or on behalf of customer by third party/ gunsmith).
  • Voiding original factory warranty from application of any of our services.

Continuous Precision will warranty our in house slide and frame modifications from manufacturing defects for up to 30 days from the time the customer receives their firearm back, if the defect/s were caused by and are a part of the modifications made. Continuous Precision will not warranty any parts beyond the 30 day customer inspection period. Such modifications are not endorsed by the original manufacturer and may void the manufactures warranty.

Shipping

 

When shipping a slide and/or other parts (No Frames/Receivers) you can ship via USPS or FedEx/UPS Ground.

*** We will ONLY accept stripped slides. It is the customer’s responsibility to remove all parts, including sights, before sending the slide to Continuous Precision. We are only responsible for the stripped slide.

Customer has 90 days from date of purchase to send in slide for slide work. If the customer fails to deliver slide to Continuous Precision within the 90-day timeframe, then customer may only be eligible for a partial refund of the original purchased price.

When shipping a frame/receiver or complete handgun from a NON-FFL you must ship via FedEx or UPS Overnight only. NON-FFL’s cannot ship handguns via USPS. YOU MUST include a copy of your driver’s license when shipping a receiver or complete firearm from a NON-FFL. A $10 fee will be applied to your invoice if the necessary information is not submitted and requires us to contact you. It is your responsibility to insure any packages at the appropriate value when shipping to us.  

All frames/receivers will be returned shipped FedEx Next Day Air Saver when possible with insurance and direct signature required if being returned to a NON-FFL. Prices for overnight return shipping may vary depending on your location and generally run $35-80. Frames/Receivers returned to an FFL will ship USPS Express with insurance and signature required.

All slides and parts will be sent via FedEx with insurance.
